Wisconsin Maple Syrup Vinaigrette

- 1/4 cup Wisconsin Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place maple syrup, vinegar, mustard and salt and pepper into a blender.
- Pulse and combine, then add olive oil in a steady stream with the motor running.
- Serve on your favorite greens.
- Store in a lidded mason jar in the fridge.
