Wisconsin Maple Syrup Vinaigrette
Ingredients
1/4 cup Wisconsin Maple Syrup
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place maple syrup, vinegar, mustard and salt and pepper into a blender.
Pulse and combine, then add olive oil in a steady stream with the motor running.
Serve on your favorite greens.
Notes
Store in a lidded mason jar in the fridge.
