Wisconsin Maple Syrup Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup Wisconsin Maple Syrup

  2. 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

  3. 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard

  4. 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil

  5. Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place maple syrup, vinegar, mustard and salt and pepper into a blender.

  2. Pulse and combine, then add olive oil in a steady stream with the motor running.

  3. Serve on your favorite greens.

Notes

  1. Store in a lidded mason jar in the fridge.
