- 1 Cup rhubarb cut into 1/4 inch pieces
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1/4 Cup water
- Put all the ingredients into a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Let it boil for about 5 minutes.
- While the mixture boils, crush the rhubarb with a wooden spoon.
- Strain the mixture and let cool.
- Add the syrup to cocktails, lemonade or use it in a vinaigrette
